Do you offer a senior or military discount on products?
At this time we do not, but we recommend signing up for our email newsletters and text messages to hear about all of the promotions we run. You even get a discount just for signing up. Thank you for your service.
I placed an order and want to add on another item. Am I able to do this?

Do your shirts run true to size?
We have a sizing chart on the product page of all products. We recommend referencing those charts and the blends of the products prior to ordering,
Can I place a custom order for designs that I see in your store or online?
Good news! Sometimes we are able to help out with special requests. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and she will take great care of it.
Am I able to purchase a mystery product in store?
Mystery products are only available online.
What is your standard shipping time frame?
We quote 5 to 7 business days for the preparation and shipment of all online orders. Tracking information is always emailed out once your order ships. For any assistance, please call (602) 419-1683.
Where can I pick up my local pickup order?
All local pickup orders will be available for pick up at our Headquarters in Chandler, located at 3245 N. Arizona Ave. Suite E4, 85225.
When will my local pickup order be ready?
We quote 5 to 7 business days for the fulfillment of all local pickup orders. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email and call or text with instructions on how, when, and where to pick up.
Can I use my points while shopping in store?
At this time, points are only able to be used for online purchases.
Why can I not place an order for a pre-order product and a product not on pre-order at the same time?
We do this to help you out! Products that are on pre-order will not ship out until the date they go live, whereas other products are usually ready to ship out immediately. We require the orders to be separate so that you do not have to wait until the pre-order product is ready for your other product(s) to be shipped.
Are multiple coupon codes able to be used at the same time?
No, only one coupon code is able to be used per purchase in store or online.
